EKRUZER COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by EKRUZER.

Eligibility to Enter

Entrants must;

• be at least 18 years of age or older, and
• have purchased an EKRUZER cap during the period 01/11/2024 – XXXXX, and
• have completed the skill based assessment –
  “What would be your dream AR adventure game with EKRUZER; What is the objective and how do players win? (answer in less than 200 words)”

There is a limit of one entry per hat purchased. If multiple hats are purchased by the same entrant, they must complete the skill based assessment with different answers for each hat.

The competition is completely free to enter.

EKRUZER employees and associates are not eligible to enter.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

The Prize

The winning prize will be a free EKRUZER #1.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

EKRUZER’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Judging Criteria

The winner will be chosen by EKRUZERs CEO based on what they deem to be the best idea.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be notified via the email address provided on [DATE OF DRAW].

EKRUZER will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the correspondence informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and EKRUZER reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The prize will be dispatched when manufacture of the EKRUZER #1 Scooters has begun. We will aim to deliver by December 2025.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by EKRUZER for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing admin@ekruzer.com.au.

The winner’s first name and city of residence will be announced on EKRUZER’s website and social media channels and released to other competition participants if requested.

The winner agrees to be involved in promoting the outcome of the competition, including being photographed and interviewed and agree that EKRUZER can use their name, city of residence, image and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner to the public and in any articles or social media posts promoting the competition.

Limitation of Liability

EKRUZER accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

EKRUZER reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
