Terms and Conditions for Ekruzer’s Alternate Reality Game (ARG)

Welcome to Ekruzer’s Alternate Reality Game (ARG), an immersive experience designed to challenge and engage participants with cyphers and codes. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participant Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if younger. By entering the game, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Employees of Ekruzer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Game Rules

• Participants must register via the Ekruzer ALTERNATE REALITY GAMING webpage to join the ARG.
• Players are required to solve cyphers and codes to progress and unlock prizes.
• Collaboration with other players is allowed, but sharing solutions publicly is prohibited.
• Ekruzer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these rules or engaging in fraudulent activities.

Prize Distribution

Prizes, including cash rewards and exclusive event invitations, will be awarded based on the successful completion of game objectives. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 14 days to claim their prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Intellectual Property Rights

All game content, including cyphers, codes, and related materials, are the exclusive property of Ekruzer. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope of the game.

Limitations of Liability

Ekruzer is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors that may occur during participation in the ARG. Ekruzer shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the game, including but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Ekruzer is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the registration and gameplay will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
